The Westin New York At Times Square Hotel

The hotel was super convenient, right smack in the middle of all the action! The city views from my room were just stunning, and the staff was always eager to help and make sure we were comfy. Despite a hiccup during check-in, the overall vibe was friendly and welcoming, with plenty to explore and enjoy during my stay. 🏙️

Stayed at a hotel close to all Manhattan attractions. LOVED the room with a great view. Service could be better. Would consider staying again. Photos don't do justice.

The Westin hotel has a brilliant location right in the heart of Times Square, making it convenient for exploring the city's landmarks. However, issues such as noise from neighboring rooms, maintenance delays, and unmade beds upon arrival detracted from the overall luxury experience.

We greatly enjoyed our time here. Everything was perfect and within 18 minutes' drive of LaGuardia airport.

The hotel was modern and spotlessly clean with premium wi-fi. I had a perfectly pleasant stay in a long time.

The upgrade with a better view turned out to be a game-changer. I felt like I was on top of the world as I gazed out at the bustling city lights below. It was like having a front-row seat to a dazzling Broadway production right from my room.

The venue is clean and spacious, views are nice, the location is unbeatable short walk to subway, shops and Broadway. The check out is late🙂

The beds were large and overall the room was soundproof & fancy.

From rude staff to lack of soundproofing and disruptive construction noise, the negatives were apparent. However, the cordial bar service, helpful porter, and exceptional assistance from Mary Jane alleviated some frustrations.

This hotel was a luxurious and comfortable stay. the exclusive amenities were impressive, especially the Spa & wellness centre. the Jacuzzi was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of entertainment. the Restaurant offers fantastic food with a high-level, attentive service.

There was only one minor issue, and that was the lack of a leisure/ TV room. this was quickly forgotten due to the incredible room advantages, including private facilities.

The location was fantastic for exploring, right in the heart of the city. Room had a great view but needed a bit of freshening up. Some amenities were available for an extra charge.

The guest rooms at The Westin New York at Times Square were absolutely cozy and inviting. The Heavenly® Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The in-room coffee brewer with Starbucks® coffee was a lifesaver each morning.

Personally, I found the in-room movies selection a tad limited.

I chose this hotel for attending a board meeting and it was perfect for business travelers. The meeting space was extensive, with over 34,000 square feet including 13 theaters and 3 ballrooms. The staffed business center was also very helpful for last-minute preparations.

The only service that was lacking for my work was the limited menu at the hotel restaurant during the snowstorm, which made it challenging to entertain clients during our stay.

The hotel is perfectly located within a short walking distance to major attractions and a subway station, making it a great spot for travelers who want to experience Manhattan. The beds are comfortable and the staff are helpful. There are also great facilities such as a pleasant bar in the Foundary.

The hotel's location was excellent, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows could have been better. I appreciated that the lobby was elevated above the street, creating a buffer from the noise. The hotel offered free wifi for up to five devices per room, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room, located on the 43rd floor, was spacious enough for three adults, and the bathroom was very nice. The views from our room were spectacular, and the breakfast at The Foundry was delicious. The service in the restaurant was also excellent.

We had an amazing stay at the Westin. The location was superb, right in the heart of Times Square. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's 16th birthday special, even sending her a birthday card and chocolate covered strawberries. One aspect that was disappointing was the lack of availability of a rollaway bed for a standard room, despite what was advertised on various websites. This resulted in an additional expense for one member of our party, which could have been avoided with accurate information.

The staff members were extremely helpful and polite, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was also great, and the hotel's location on a safe street provided easy access to numerous food options. Additionally, being right around the corner from Times Square was a big plus.
